The Sketchbook Project

From Eric Miller, About.com GuideFebruary 21, 2011

The sketchbook project, created by Art House Co-op, is an exhibit of thousands of sketchbooks submitted by artists from 94 countries. While the project is no longer accepting submissions, it will go on tour in March to cities across the U.S. including Brooklyn, Austin and Chicago. All sketchbooks are Moleskin, given to each artist to send back full of their creativity. Each book is then given a barcode so the artist can track the book and find it in its final resting place, the Brooklyn Art Library. Learn more about the project and see some photos of the massive collection on Facebook.
