Textured Websites

Monday June 22, 2009
When done right, adding texture to a website can be a powerful, stylish effect. Designing a site so the user feels like they can reach out and touch it can really set the tone for a visitor's experience. It's important to make sure texture fits the theme of the site, but it can prove to be a very welcoming look. Smashing Apps posted a great collection of websites that use texture well. Have a look and feel free to share favorites of your own.
