Print Design vs. Web Design

There are different sets of rules to follow when designing print pieces and designing web sites. For starters, in print you are dealing with a physical product to get your message across to your audience and on the web you create an ever-changing, interactive experience. This of course changes how you deal with layout, color and other design elements. The technology behind the two also differs greatly, from keeping up with print techniques to learning the latest programming language.
